SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING RATES AND COST
To support our professional barber and styling community, standard shipping is completely free on all orders placed through our website. There are no baseline purchase requirements or hidden handling fees.

2. DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIMELINES
We ship our packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS). 
- 48 Contiguous States: Transit typically takes 1 to 5 business days from the date of shipment.
- Other States and Territories: Deliveries heading to Alaska, Hawaii, offshore US territories, or military addresses may require slightly longer transit windows.

3. HOLIDAYS AND ADVERSE WEATHER
Please note that standard delivery windows are estimates. During peak holiday seasons, postal rushes, or severe weather events, package transit times may extend to 6 to 10 business days. 

4. FULFILLMENT AND CARRIER SCHEDULE
Our warehouse team packs and dispatches orders Monday through Friday. Because USPS does not accept incoming shipments or process packages on Sundays and federally observed holidays, transit timelines do not advance on those days. 

5. COURIER DELAYS AND ARRIVAL GUARANTEES
While we work hard to ensure rapid processing, C&M Wholesale Barber Supplies cannot guarantee absolute arrival dates. We cannot be held financially or logistically responsible for transit delays caused by regional weather disruptions, carrier sorting backlogs, or USPS infrastructure issues.

6. HIGH-VALUE SHIPMENT POLICIES
- Order Values Over $200: To streamline your checkout, orders valued above $200.00 USD do not automatically require a physical delivery signature unless you specifically request and purchase signature services during checkout.
- Delivery and Property Theft: Once a package is officially marked as "Delivered" by USPS to your designated shipping address, ownership and full physical liability transfer to the buyer. C&M Wholesale Barber Supplies is not responsible for package theft or porch piracy occurring on your business or residential property.

7. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our logistics network is strictly limited to domestic US states and official US territories. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause your business.
